Every piece is made by hand, so sizes and glaze colours will vary slightly. No two are exactly alike.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders are sent with Australia Post and dispatched within 5 business days. 

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days

Please note that remote areas may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post.

You'll receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been sent.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Returns

We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If your piece arrives damaged, email us at info@soedestudios.com.au with a photo of the damage, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

SOÉDE STUDIOS reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or that you do not meet the criteria set out within these Terms of Trade. SOÉDE STUDIOS reserves the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Our online store runs on Shopify, which processes and stores order information on our behalf. To complete your order, we also share your details with our payment providers and with Australia Post. We may disclose your details to government or regulatory authorities where required by law.

If you sign up to our newsletter, we'll send you occasional emails about new pieces and studio news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

We don't sell your personal information or share it for any other purpose.
